If you receive the following error - Exception Error: E0434352
- This error can occur when a cable is loose in the insertion at the camera head. After plugging in camera, secure cable into head by using a 1.5mm Hex Allen Screw to tighten the cable connection to the MX2 Camera.
- Check USB port and ensure that the port is a USB 3.0 slot
- Confirm computer specifications and minimum RAM and Processing computer requirements are met.
