To ensure high product quality throughout their shelf life, we test them at up to 25° Celsius / 77° Fahrenheit.
Storage above this temperature may affect quality and shelf life. However, if the bottles are unopened and not exposed to direct sunlight, they are safe to use. If the product was above the recommended temperature for an extended period (more than 24 hours), please contact us to confirm product integrity.
If your OPTASE Dry Eye INTENSE Drops have been exposed to extreme temperatures or sunlight for long periods, we advise against using the product for safety reasons. Extreme temperatures may alter the chemical composition, effectiveness, or sterility of the eye drops.
Additionally, we do not recommend using any product past its expiration date. Our products have only been tested for stability up until the printed expiration date. For safety and effectiveness, always use the product before the expiration date and replace expired drops with a new bottle.
