The MX2 sit in the Hruby lens slot located at the base of the slit lamp. It is attached by removing the top cap and placing the device directly into the port. The device should fit perfectly into the slot allowing mild rotation left and right. If for some reason the port is smaller or larger than standard size, capture a picture of the port and provide a measurement. By providing a measurement we will be able to customize an attachment if necessary. Please send these to MX2support@optase.com
