Before installation ensure you have the answers to the below questions:
- Does your office have an IT person who manages your network? If so, ensure you have their contact details at hand.
- Do you have a firewall or computer anti-virus installed? If so, please disable prior to installation date.
- Do you have administrator permissions to install new software on your computers? If so, please be sure to have passwords ready for installation.
- Have you confirmed the email account that you would like to be associated with the new MedBase Software? This email will also be the email account where lost passwords will be sent and software update notifications
